How it works

Invite candidates

A simple step-by-step process guides you through adding candidates, selecting questions and sending invitations.

Choose up to three questions by selecting options from our drop-down list or by creating your own. Long, rambling responses won't happen because you can also select the length of time for candidate responses — 30, 60 or 90 seconds.

Your candidate will receive an email with a link which takes them straight to our secure portal where they can then use their own device to record their video introductions.

Review candidate videos

The beauty of IntroInsight is the ability to review Introviews when it suits you.

Alerts are sent to you as candidate video introductions are received. You can then review these from your dashboard at a time that suits you and your team. You can also attach all other relevant candidate information together in one handy spot so you can assess the candidates fully.

Once you've reviewed all of your candidates, simply add your selected candidates to a shortlist to progress them to the next stage of the process.

Our unique software allows you to securely share all the relevant information for shortlisted candidates with your hiring manager or team.

Your hiring manager will receive all the information including the video introductions, allowing them to make better-informed decisions on which candidates to progress — even if you're spread across the globe.
